Skarsferry Circle

15 miles south east of Skarsferry, north eastern Caledonia

Located in a raised area within a peat bog. To the south and north west lie small tarns with the Cairngorms beyond.

The circle is an integral part of a large fortified stone building, complete with guardhouse. A sizeable guard of unliving and other creatures is ever on guard here and the road to Skarsferry itself is lined with watch and signal towers.

Marked by a simple ring of stones on the ground, it is thought that this circle was used by the picts until recent times. It is strongly advised that visitors make the local inhabitants aware of their intent to travel before making use of this circle.
